Multi-Pane Layout

AgentPane supports a multi-pane layout so you can work with several agent sessions simultaneously.

Splitting Panes

Section titled “Splitting Panes”
  • Split right — Open a new pane to the right of the current one
  • Split down — Open a new pane below the current one

Each pane runs its own independent session with its own agent connection and SSE event stream.

Drag and Drop

Tabs can be dragged between panes. Grab a tab and drop it onto another pane to move the session there. You can also drop a tab between existing panes to create a new split.

Resizing

Section titled “Resizing”

Drag the divider between panes to resize them. Pane sizes are preserved during the session.

Section titled “Sidebar”

The sidebar organizes sessions into two sections:

  • Active — Sessions with a connected agent, shown with a status indicator
  • History — Disconnected sessions, shown in a muted style

Click any session in the sidebar to focus it in the current pane.
